The maintenance and thorough cleaning of the common areas is provided on a fortnightly basis. Common areas include the kitchen, living areas, laundry, shared bathrooms and toilets (except for the ensuite room) and garden. Because we respect your privacy, we will not enter your bedroom. Therefore the cleanliness of your bedroom is yours to maintain. Cleaning equipment and products are provided for your use.
All residents are expected to show consideration to their housemates by cleaning up after themselves in the common areas on a daily basis. For example, cleaning up after yourself in the kitchen after a meal will keep the peace with your housemates.
