Crime rate in Berwick

Berwick is a young couples and family-oriented suburb. Unlike its sister suburbs closer to the city and the CBD, Berwick has a reputation of being a very safe suburb with a very low crime rate record.

Contents Insurance

It is very important for you to ensure that you have insurance cover for your own personal belongings.  You can arrange this once you arrive and had time to settle in. Contents insurance will cover you for belongings that you keep within BSA and may likely also when you take it out of BSA (eg cameras, laptops, etc).  You should always ask the insuring company to clarify on what they will or will not cover.

Contents insurance taken out by BSA covers only that which belongs to BSA. It will not cover damage to and or loss of personal property of our guests and their guests.
